These are the lecture notes (plus some supplementary information) for Physical Chemistry II taught Spring 2007. These roughly follow the order of presentation in class with some editing and rearrangement for content. Rather than partitioning by individual lecture, these are partitioned by topic. Since these are a work in progress, material will be added as the course progresses. These are not a substitute for good note taking during lecture, but should help you with some of the details of the lecture you may have missed (i.e. copying equations from the board, etc...).

Mathematica notebook on basic quantum theory. Save and open with Mathematica (file should end with .nb)
Web Based interface to quantum chemistry programs. UH physical chemistry students may run jobs up to 5 minutes in length. Be aware that these are run on a machine dedicated to research, so your job will be placed in a queue and may not run immediately depending upon current usage.
Use your WebCT ID as your Login Name.
MOPAC quantum chemical calculator. This is the real thing and will do actual quantum chemical calculations (with a 10min time limit).
